Hello my cupcakes :D ..how is this month treating you all so far? For me it's going on good by the grace of God. Have been caught up with this silly cold but God has been giving me to the strength to get through and pray for His ppl and making me to grow more stronger each day to do His ministry . Thanking God for the miraculous blessings he's been showing us every new day.
Alright Christmas is over..new year is over too but that doesn't mean we can't treat ourselves anymore mmm:D. Ohh yes some more yummy bakes on the blog today. Let's move right into it.

Chocolate sauce:
This will be a common ingredient for many of the dishes,so you can prepare it beforehand and keep it ready.
Ingredients:

  1. Chocolate chips black/white.(2 cups)
  2. Fresh cream(1/2 cup)
  3. Butter (1 tbsp)
Method:
Heat the fresh cream in a pan until it boils. Keep the chocolate chips in a heat proof bowl and pour this hot cream and allow it to sit for 3 mins. Now mix the mixture, add a tsp of butter.Butter gives shine to the sauce. Mix well and the sauce is ready for use.

Caramel sauce:
Ingredients:

  1. White sugar/brown sugar(2 cups)
  2. Water(1/4 cup)
  3. Butter(1 cup)
  4. Fresh cream(1/2 cup)

Be very careful when your doing this,as hot sugar can burn real bad.Add 1cup of butter to a hot pan and when it has melted add 2 cups of sugar and let the mixture boil away, use a wooden spoon to mix.Add quater cup of water and keep stirring well. Once the sugar has completely dissolved, remove the pan from the stove and add 1 cup cream and a pinch of salt to it n keep stirring until it's completely mixed.Sauce is ready. You can even store it in the fridge for later use.
